Ingredients:

FOR SHRIMP

  • Jumbo Shrimp
  • Green Pepper(Diced)
  • Andouille Sausage(Diced)
  • Half&Half(1/2 Cup)
  • Heavy Whipping Cream(1/4 Cup)
  • Grits(Albers Quick Grits)
  • Cheese
  • Chicken Bouillon
  • Unsalted Butter
  • Water

FOR GRITS

  • Garlic Powder(1/4 Tablespoon)
  • Oregano (1/4 Tablespoon)
  • Tyme(1/4 Tablespoon)
  • Paprika(1/2 Tablespoon)
  • Seasoning Salt(1 Pinch)

Instructions:

  1. Cook Green Peppers And Sausage In The Same Skillet, Transfer To A Bowl
  2. Coat Shrimp With Seasoning Mixture Cook Shrimp For One Minute On Each Side
  3. Crumble Bacon, Then Add Bacon, Peppers And Sausage Back To The Skillet. Mix Together And Cook Over Medium Heat For 1 Minute
  4. Add 1/2 Cup Half&Half To Skillet, Stir Until Creamy. Place On Top Of Grits
  5. Bring 1 Cup Of Water To A Boil Add 1/4 Cube Of Chicken Bouillon To Water Add 1 Tablespoon Unsalted Butter Add 1/4 Cup Grits And Stir Add 1/4 Cup Of Heavy Whipping Cream Add Cheese(I Used Cheddar/Monterey Jack) Add 1/4 Cup Of Half&Half Stir Until Desired Thickness Salt To Taste(Optional)

Yukon Gold Baked Potato With Blackened Shrimp, Andouille Sausage, Cajun Cheese Sauce.

INGREDIENTS

  • 1/4 Diced Red Pepper
  • 1/2 Diced Andouille Sausage
  •  Green Onions
  • 6 Medium Shrimp
  • 1 Unsalted Butter
  • 2 Teaspoon Blackened Scrumptious Or Favorite Blackening Creole/Cajun Seasoning.
  • Parsley.
  • 1 Sea Salt.
  • 1 Cup Half N Half
  • 1/4  Cup Chicken Broth
  • 1 Teaspoon Flour
  • 1/4 Cup Cheddar/Monterey Jack Cheese
  • Pure Olive Oil.
  • 2 Yukon Gold Potatoes
  • Black Pepper

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Preheat Oven To 425
  2. Coat Potatoes With Light Olive Oil, Season With Blackened Scrumptious Or Favorite Creole/Cajun Seasoning, Sea Salt.
  3. Use Cast Iron Skillet, Brown Potatoes On All Sides To Your Liking.
  4. Wrap Potatoes In Foil, Bake For 1 Hour Or Until Soft.
  5. Season Shrimp And Peppers With Blackened Scrumptious Seasoning Or Your Favorite Blackening/Cajun Seasoning, Sea Salt & Pepper To Taste.
  6. Brown Andouille Sausage, Use Same Skillet To Cook Shrimp For 2-3 Minutes On Each Side, Cook Peppers Until Slightly Soft Or To Your Liking. Set Aside.
  7. Add Half N Half, Broth, And Cheese To Separate Sauce Pan, Stir On Medium Heat Until Cheese Is Melted. Use Strainer To Remove Any Lumps From The Cheese Sauce. Set Aside In A Bowl.
  8. Melt Unsalted Butter, Then Add Flour To Sauce Pan, Stir On Low-Med Heat To Create A Roux.
  9. Add The Cheese Sauce To The Roux, Stir Until You Get A Creamy Smooth Consistency.
  10. Slice Open Potatoes, Add Unsalted Butter.
  11. Add Some Of The Shrimp, Sausage, Pepper Mixture On The Potatoes.
  12. Add Some Cajun Cheese Sauce On Potatoes.
  13. Add More Shrimp, Sausage, Peppers.
  14. (Optional) Add Additional Seasoning To Taste.
  15. Garnish With Green Peppers And Parsley.

Optional - brine chops in salt, sugar, apple juice & water bath for 30 minutes.

  1. Lightly coat chops with olive oil.
  2. Season with sea salt and black pepper to your liking.
  3. Season with Blackened seasoning to your liking.
  4. Cook on high heat in cast iron skillet, brown on both sides until it has a charred color and temp is around 135 degrees.
  5. Broil in oven until blackened and temp is 145 degrees.
  6. Cover with foil and let them rest for 10 minutes.

Salmon With Cajun Butter Sauce Recipe

Salmon with Cajun butter sauce is a delicious and flavorful recipe that is perfect for any seafood lover. The combination of spicy Cajun seasoning and rich butter sauce complements the tender and juicy salmon perfectly. This recipe is easy to prepare and can be made in just a few simple steps.


Ingredients:

  • Atlantic Salmon(remove skin)
  • Pure Olive Oil
  • 1 tablespoon of  Brown Sugar 
  • 1 pinch of Parsley
  • 1/2 tablespoon of Paprika
  • 1/2 tablespoon of Cayenne Pepper
  • 1/2 tablespoon of Seasoning Salt
  • 1 pinch of Black Pepper


Instructions:

Combine the WhipSomethingUp Seasonings together to in a bowl. Taste first, customize to your taste.

  1. Lightly Coat Salmon with Olive Oil.
  2. Sprinkle seasoning mix on both sides of the Salmon, coat evenly.
  3. Indoor(cast-iron skillet)/outdoor grill on medium heat for about 3-4 minutes per side(may be more or less, depending on the thickness of your salmon).
  4. For additional color and char, Broil Salmon for 1 minute on one side only.

Ingredients:

  • 1/4 cup of Heavy Whipping Cream
  • 1 1/2 shot of White wine(resiling or fruity wine)
  • 2 teaspoons of Butter/Gold n Soft unsalted butter and 2 teaspoons of Gold n
  • Soft (or 4 teaspoons butter of choice)
  • 1 teaspoon of Alfredo sauce(regular)
  • 1 tablespoon of Paprika
  • 1/2 tablespoon of Cayenne
  • 1 tablespoon of Ground oregano
  • 1/4 tablespoon of Old Bay
  • 1 teaspoon of Brown Sugar
  • 1 tablespoon of Parsley
  • 2 teaspoon of Chicken Broth


Instructions:

Combine Seasonings Together In a Bowl. Sample First, Customize To Your Taste.

  1. Add Heavy Whipping Cream in saucepan on medium heat.
  2. Add white wine stir for 1 minute on medium heat.
  3. Add Butter and let it melt.
  4. Add Chicken broth and Alfredo sauce, stir until creamy.
  5. Add seasoning mixture and stir.

CROCKPOT BROWN SUGAR BALSAMIC GLAZED PORK TENDERLOIN

Serves: 6

Ingredients:

  • 2 pounds Pork tenderloin
  • 1 teaspoon ground sage
  • ½ teaspoon Salt
  • ¼ teaspoon Pepper
  • 1 clove Garlic; crushed
  • ½ cup Water
  • ½ cup Brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon Cornstarch
  • ¼ cup Balsamic Vinegar
  • ½ cup Water
  • 2 tablespoons Soy sauce

Instructions:

Mix the seasonings: sage, salt, pepper, and garlic.
Rub the tenderloin and then place 1/2 cup of water in a slow cooker and place the tenderloin. Afterward, cook for 6 to 8 hours.

An hour before the roast is completed, mix the ingredients for the glaze in a little saucepan (sugar, soy sauce, vinegar, cornstarch, balsamic, and water).

Cook over medium temperature and stir the mixture until it thickens for at least 5 minutes. Brush the roast with glaze about three times throughout the last hour of cooking. For an even more caramelized crust, remove it from the crockpot and place it on an aluminum pan, glaze and set it under a broiler for 3 minutes. Now, repeat until you desired curst.

INGREDIENTS

  • 2 lbs Ribeye steak (2-inch long thin slices)
  • 1 red bell pepper (chopped into bite-size pieces)
  • 1 green bell pepper (chopped into bite-size pieces)
  • 1 medium white onion (chopped into bite-size pieces)
  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil (divided in half)


Sauce

  • 3 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • ½ tsp ginger (minced)
  • 2 tbsp brown sugar
  • ⅓ cup soy sauce
  • 1¼ cups beef broth
  • 2 tbsp rice vinegar
  • 1 tsp sesame oil
  • 2 tbsp cornstarch


INSTRUCTIONS

  1. In a large skillet heat 1 tbsp vegetable oil over medium-high heat. Add the steak to the pan and cook for 5-6 minutes or until lightly browned. Remove from skillet and place on a plate.
  2. Add 1 tbsp vegetable to skillet. Add the peppers and onions and cook for 3-4 minutes or until tender.
  3. Add cooked steak back into the skillet.
  4. Meanwhile add garlic, black pepper, ginger, brown sugar, soy sauce, beef broth, rice vinegar, sesame oil, and corn starch to a medium bowl. Stir until well combined and add to the skillet.
  5. Bring to a simmer and cook for 4-5 minutes until the sauce begins to thicken.
  6. Serve hot over rice and garnish with sesame seeds.
