  1. Place the chicken strips in a bowl of buttermilk. Cover and refrigerate for 20–30 minutes.
  2. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  3. In a large resealable plastic bag or mixing bowl, combine the flour, salt, seasoned salt, pepper, and paprika. Mix thoroughly.
  4. Cut the butter into pieces and place in a 9x13-inch baking pan. Put the pan in the oven to melt the butter.
  5. Once melted, spread the butter evenly across the bottom of the pan. Lightly spray with cooking spray if needed to prevent dry spots.
  6. Remove the chicken from the buttermilk, letting the excess drip off. Coat each piece thoroughly in the flour mixture.
  7. Arrange the coated chicken pieces in the prepared pan.
  8. Bake for 20 minutes, then turn each piece over. Bake for another 20 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 170°F and the coating is crispy and golden.
