Old South Coca-Cola Pork Loin
There’s nothing like a good old fashion recipe. This recipe take us back to the memories of our family reunions and family gatherings.This recipe is great for cookouts and any other gatherings that bring together family and friends. Hope you enjoy this
Ingredients:
- 2 lb pork loin
- 1 can (12 oz) Coca-Cola
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 tbsp Dijon mustard
- 2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions:
Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Season the pork loin with salt and pepper.
In a bowl, mix together Coca-Cola, brown sugar, soy sauce, Dijon mustard, apple cider vinegar, garlic powder, and onion powder.
Place the pork loin in a roasting pan and pour the Coca-Cola mixture over the top.
Roast for 1.5 to 2 hours, basting occasionally with the sauce until the pork is tender and caramelized.
Let the pork rest for 10 minutes before slicing. Serve with the sauce from the pan.
